I am officially obsessed with dancing side of YouTube. Whether it’s boogie woogie or honky tonk or anything else, I’m hooked. These people are wayyy too smooth with it.

That said, here is your weekly dose of 5 noteworthy ideas & things I learned about last week. Click on each link to dive further on that topic.

I try to remind myself of this graph when starting something new.

It’s a nice reminder to just go do it and focus on learning.

This idea of “slope > y-intercept” is also helpful for other things (like hiring a team and picking a partner).

Ability to grow makes up for a lot.

This one’s a real tear jerker. Worth the read.

My biggest note: I want my kids to know my friends well. Once I’m gone, those are some of the only relationships I want to last.
