Been dabbling into Hyrox style training recently. I like it lot more than traditional weightlifting. You still gain strength & muscle mass, but you also build your cardio and the workouts only take 30-60 min workouts. If you try it out, lmk what you think!

2. Measurable Health Going Too Far

A few of my favorite comments:

  • Life isn't about joy, happiness, and the feeling of health. It’s absolute absolutely grinding to maximize your sleep score, V02 max, & step count.

  • For real though, there should be a feature where you can only see the data 48-72hrs later.

  • Nothing like staring your mid sleep score in its face, saying fuck you, and having a great day.
