Yo, it’s Luke!
I know it’s been a while…that one’s on me. Hope you’ve found some good ideas to mull over recently.
Personally, I’ve been thinking a fair bit (& trying to practice) capital L “Love.”
The love that’s universal. Unconditional. Deeply intertwined with the human spirit and the world at large.
The type of Love that eminates from deep inside of you and feeds into everything. The people you speak to. The views you take in. The innate respect you treat everything with. The Love that’s Energy and Action. That kind of Love.
If you know any thinkers, books, or texts that describe Love well - reply!
That said, here is your weekly dose of 5 noteworthy ideas & things I learned about last week. Click on the blue links to dive further on that topic.
So so fascinating.

This is probably a top 3 relationship habit I’ve developed.
It’s WONDERFULLY positive + genuine. And so freakin’ easy!
Do it do it do it.
3. J.R.R Tolkien
This is what it’s all about. Peak weekend morning activities.

“I realized years ago when hiking or night swimming or making plans generally, trying to get people to go with you, "scheduling", all that, its crap.
Instead just say "I am climbing Mt. Moose. If you want to come be at the parking lot of Yam cafe at 6am Sunday." Wait on no-one.
Surprisingly, this gets more people to come”
I do this all the time.
Book an AirBnb, then tell people you’ve got a spot.
Book a ticket, then ask if they want in.
Works like a charm. And worst comes to worst, you’ve got a guaranteed adventure!
5. Weekend Vibe (Me)
